On the last evening of our time at Center Parcs we brought you along bowling with us. I bet you wondered where an earth we had taken you!
If memory serves, I think your Dad won the first game and Uncle Phil the second.

Center Parcs: Making a cast
While we were at Center Parcs I wanted to 'make a memory' so we went along to the pottery barn and had your hands made into a cast and your feet imprinted in paint on a tile.
And these were the finished results:
When I first saw the hands I got a little emotional! Running your hand over them they feel just like your hands (obviously!) but it will be lovely in years to come to look back at it.

Center Parcs: Whinfell Forest
This is where we brought you for your very first holiday.
We stayed in an executive lodge with Mum and Uncle Phil. The weather was very warm but it did rain. You were intrigued with all the ducks (and ducklings!) which were waddling around on the loose!
This holiday was also significant in the fact it was just after Uncle Phil finished the last of his exams at school and it was the last week of my maternity leave.

The Treacle Market...
On the last Sunday of every month, Macclesfield holds it's Treacle Market. This was the first time we went along and it was lovely.
To commemorate the event I treated you to a wooden racing car.

Barnaby Festival...
Every year Macclesfield puts on it's Barnaby Festival. This year Uncle Phil and I took you along to see what all the fuss was about.
We watched the Morris dancers (although we didn't really have a choice as they were right in the middle of the high street blocking it!) but you didn't like them and started to cry. The town is decorated in bunting and there are a few market stalls to peruse. Unfortunately, the weather was horrendous and we got soaked!

Kneeling up...
While I was packing up lots of parcels I had to post, you decided you wanted to kneel up amongst all the bags!

Sunny morning...
This morning it was lovely and sunny so we went and had a play in the back garden.
The cats came and joined us as well.
